  Sure glad I read the reviews. This owner seems to have excuses and denials for everything. Will keep on looking.

  Made reservation and was not asked how many guests staying in the site. Checked in and paid and again we were not asked how many guests. 2 family members showed up to tent on our site with us. Went to the office to ask about facilities the next morning and the manager saw the additional family and got angry because she wasn't notified. The manager made a comment saying "you're working people you can pay" when in fact both have been laid off and brought 2 small children out to go camping. We were charged an additional $80 + tax on top of the $350 we had already paid. Website states additional charge for visitors but does not stipulate $10/person per day.

  We would have had no problem paying for additional people if we were asked in advance when making the reservation or when we checked in. The way the manager went about the situation and comments made by her were very unprofessional.

  Worst place we have ever stayed!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give it a star because they were so rude to us and racist! Absolutely treated us like garbage because we came in late who cares!!! They had a credit card and called my boyfriends dad at 12 at night!! Because we were not there yet horrible than proceeded to tell us NORMAL ppl sleep between 11 and 7???? Yet she is making phone calls to ppl at mid night we will never be staying there Tobin lake resort has tenting spots! Oh than my bf made a joke about if he knew how expensive the wood would be he would have stopped in candle lol and got it free! Very very bad joke I know than she said it's because of YOU PPL no one can rent sites nightly anymore honestly worst experience in my life! If we didn't have ppl coming up the next day we wouldn't have stayed! Horrible will be staying at TOBIN LAKE and surrounding areas never here
