  Outstanding facility with new sturdy flexible floor which was a joy to work out on. Has the latest equipment including a vibration machine The vibration machine can really tone your muscles. Loved the weight lifting stands. Staff were very helpful. Tried out a vibrating foam roller. It was fantastic as you can roll and vibrate tight muscles at the same time. Steam room was excellent as well. For a small town I don't think you can do much better than this place.

  Peak fitness has state of the art equipment that's well maintained. The entire building is spotless including the bathrooms.

  From the moment I walked in the first day I knew I was going to enjoy my time at Peak Fitness. The staff were friendly, the gym is very clean and they have all the equipment I need.
